Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Position Lindmore Irrigation District Now Hiring – Full-Time Position

Lindmore Irrigation District is seeking a motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious individual to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) crew. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a vital public service role supporting the delivery and maintenance of irrigation water systems that serve our agricultural community.

Position Summary

The Operations & Maintenance employee performs a variety of duties related to the operation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and construction of the District’s irrigation canals, pipelines, pumps, structures, and other facilities. A successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the reliable delivery of water throughout the District.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License (or able to obtain one) with a satisfactory driving record.
